At-risk youth are much more than victims — they’re survivors and dreamers. They have the courage, resilience and determination to move forward and overcome their past to create a better life for themselves. These strengths mean that when you give to Whitelion, it’s more than a one-off donation to a charity, it’s an investment in someone’s future. The Invest In Me campaign has received outstanding industry-wide support, with over 35 companies donating $2.9m worth of media.

The campaign achieved a 146% increase in donations compared to the same period last year.

Every touchpoint in the "Invest In Me" campaign featured real at-risk young people Whitelion has helped, and their stories. Like Rapta, a victim of domestic violence and aspiring young musician, who wrote and performed his own track specifically for the campaign, using some of the household items used to beat him as percussive instruments in the song.
